On top of the swimming I’ve been doing (and will continue to do, thank you ca 100 degree weather), I’m considering “non-gym” options. Why should I pay for a monthly gym membership to use a stair-climber when I’ve got stairs at home? My apartment has stairs right outside my door and just around the corner of the edge of my living room. I’m thinking I can get all geared up and go up and down one, then walk over to the other and then go back and forth a few times. Except that stairs are the enemy. The bane of a big girl’s existence. I was going to do it last night, then took one look at them and was like “yeah, screw that.” Grrrrr!!!!!!
I think I can do it. I’m going to do it. I’m going to do it, in like 10 minutes. It’s gonna suck. It’s gonna hurt. I’m probably going to feel like I’m dying. I might only be able to do each one like twice. But I’m gonna do it. I AM GOING TO DO IT.
